Exhaustive Pre-Press and Press facilities

Raj Press has a fully equipped Repro department that can handle text and pictures at all stages of a project, to suit varied client requirements. Retouching and image manipulation is carried out on Silicon Graphics and Power Mac work station. Our highly skilled operators can achieve just about any desired effect-transform photographs, change backgrounds and colour, remove blemishes or unwanted detail - to significantly enhance the quality of the final printed output. Our high tech digital scanning equipment when combined with our image setters, achieves the highest quality scans. Each scan is colour matched and checked against the original during the scanning process. Quality consultancy is thus maintained through the whole production cycle. In addition, high end screen drum scanners offer large format scanning for products such as posters and art books. At Raj Press, we are capable of printing upto 4 colours wet on wet in formats upto 19"x27" (482.6 mm x 685.8 mm) and also 25"x38" (635 mm x 962.2 mm) - one of the few to offer this facility in India. This gives us the versatility to print special colours and inline varnishing on a wide range of paper weights from 42 gsm to 550 gsm.

Raj Press offers a wide range of advanced finishing facilities such as:-

Lamination

Spot or full lamination is available where matt or glossy BOPP film is laminated into the printed surface, giving your printed material a distinctive look. Spot lamination has been used very effectively to highlight specific areas of printed surface.

UV Coating

This is more eco-friendly option to lamination, where ultra voilet varnish is used instead of BOPP film.

Varnishing

Online and Offline Aqueous varnishing is available at Raj Press.

Wire-o-Binding

Wire-O and comb binding facilities are available in house.

Individual Shrink Wrapping
